You bring your own situation, whether that is blood results, skin, training, diet or something you have been stuck on, and we work through it as a group so everyone learns from each other's cases. It is not a lecture. If a session is full, you go into the next one.

Yes, any time. If the price has gone up since you joined you would come back on the current price rather than your old one, so it is worth staying if you are on the fence.
