Refunds and Returns
The buyer acknowledges that prescription only medicines, pharmacy medicines and any medicinal products supplied by the seller are not returnable and no refunds shall be given in respect of such products once dispensed or dispatched. For prescription only medicine orders, cancellation may be effected only prior to approval of the prescription by the prescriber. Once approved, no cancellation, return or refund shall be permitted. Any unwanted medicinal products must be disposed of by the buyer through an authorised pharmacy disposal service.
In respect of non-medicinal goods, the buyer shall have a right to cancel the contract within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. In the case of goods delivered in instalments, time shall run from receipt of the final instalment. The buyer must notify the seller of cancellation within the statutory period and return the goods to the seller within fourteen (14) calendar days of such notification at the buyer’s cost, unless otherwise agreed. Goods must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. The right of cancellation shall not apply to goods sealed for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
Where goods are defective, not as described, or damaged on delivery, the buyer shall be entitled to a refund or replacement in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. The seller may require return of the goods for inspection prior to issuing any refund or replacement.
Refunds shall be made to the original method of payment. Where cancellation is effected prior to dispatch, refund shall be made within fourteen (14) days of notification. Where goods are returned, refund shall be made within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the returned goods. Standard delivery charges shall be refunded only where the contract is cancelled in full.
This clause shall be read together with, and forms part of, the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
